Kindness Story
Telling Competition

We are excited about our new park in Pleasant Grove. A driving theme in Pleasant Grove in recent years has grown around the important principle of kindness. In order to build upon the theme of kindness, nine different animals have been created by the park designer and positioned within the playground and splash pad area.

The Cook Family is sponsoring a story telling competition for some of these new characters in the park. We would like to bring these animals to life and give them names with stories and attributes that we would like our children to know represent values we as a community aspire to develop.

The stories submitted may be considered for publication of a children's book to promote kindness and the park to the wider community.

Competition entries will be accepted from February 1st through April 18th, 2025
